Delivery Policy

We make every effort to ensure your flowers arrive safely and on time. Here’s what to expect for deliveries:

House Deliveries
For home deliveries, we’ll knock or ring the doorbell upon arrival. If no one answers within 5 minutes, we will leave the flowers in a safe, sheltered location near the door. You’ll receive a courtesy text or email (depending on the contact information provided at checkout) to confirm that your delivery is complete. Due to a high volume of orders, we’re unable to wait beyond 5 minutes, so please be on standby or let your recipient know to expect their flowers. While we do our best to leave arrangements in a safe spot, we cannot be responsible for any items that may be damaged due to weather, theft, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Apartment or Condominium Deliveries
For deliveries to buildings with a lobby or front desk, we will leave the flowers with the front desk staff or at the front door, depending on the building’s delivery policy. If no one is immediately available, we’ll send a courtesy text or call to inform the recipient. Please make sure someone is available to receive the flowers as we’re unable to wait on-site. As with home deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for arrangements that may be affected by weather, theft, or other factors once they are left in a safe location.

Delivery Address & Information
To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the ordering party. If a delivery attempt has been made with incorrect information, any additional attempts will incur a redelivery fee.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Green Garage Floral Designs, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Here’s how we handle returns and replacements:

Freshness Guarantee
With proper care, we guarantee your flowers will last a minimum of 72 hours from the time of delivery in room temperature conditions (between 68 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit). Because flowers are delicate, the way you care for your arrangement directly affects its lifespan. If you encounter any quality issues, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@greengaragefloral.com. Provide a detailed description and photos of the arrangement, and we’ll be happy to assess the issue. This does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Replacements
If there is a valid quality concern, we will replace the arrangement with a fresh design of equal value. Refunds are not offered. Please note that we do not replace or refund based on personal taste, color preference, or flower types. All our designs are “Designer’s Choice,” crafted with the freshest flowers available, which may vary by season and week.

Designer’s Choice Policy
Each arrangement is created with full artistic freedom to make the most of available blooms, creating unique, one-of-a-kind designs. If you’re seeking a specific flower type, color, or pre-determined style, please let us know, and we’d be happy to refer you to a florist who offers more fixed styles.
